Mental Health Strategies to Remember After R U OK? Day: Supporting Victorian Farmers Year-Round

Building long-term strategies to nurture mental health is essential in rural communities where work demands can be intense, and in-person support can be far away.

September 10, 2024, is World Suicide Prevention Day.

It’s a day to raise awareness, break the stigma around mental health, and take action to prevent suicide across the globe. This year’s theme, “Creating Hope Through Action,” calls on all of us to make a difference by supporting those in need.

R U OK? Day is Thursday, 12th September 2024, this movement is particularly crucial in rural Victoria.
